Job summary

Concept Medical is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead regional sales for stent and balloon products in Bengaluru. You will drive revenue growth, build relationships with cardiologists, radiologists, and hospital administrators, and coordinate with marketing on campaigns.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device sales, strong leadership, and extensive travel across the region. A MBA/Healthcare Mgmt is preferred; competitive salary with bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience in medical devices or pharma, preferably stents/balloons.

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding market penetration for our stent and balloon products across the region. This role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, setting performance standards and monitoring progress.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, radiologists, and hospital administrators, across
• Analyze regional market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to support product promotions, campaigns, and educational programs
• Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills through regular training and development initiatives.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and detailed reports on market activities, challenges, and accomplishments to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in sales practices.
