AL AMEERA APPAREL is seeking an Area Sales Manager in Coimbatore to promote products, expand the customer base, and hit sales targets. The role requires building strong distributor and retailer relationships and driving revenue in the assigned territory.

The candidate should excel in communication, sales, CRM usage, and market analysis, with willingness to travel within the territory and to manage timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 12th or Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Experience in FMCG, Apparel, Retail, or consumer products preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and potential customers to promote company products.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and market trends.
• Ensure product availability and proper display at customer outlets.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely product deliveries.
• Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and promotional activities.

Job Summary

Al Ameera Apparel is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to promote our products, expand our customer base, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in apparel, retail, FMCG, or consumer products is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and CRM software is preferred.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license.
• Own vehicle is preferred for field sales.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 25,000- 30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
