Job summary

Career Point Placement Services is seeking an Area Manager in pharma sales to lead, guide and motivate a team of Medical Representatives, drive monthly and quarterly targets, and coordinate field activities across the territory.

The role requires frontline/area manager experience, a preference for Urology or Nephrology, MR team-handling skills, strong relationship building with doctors, hospitals and stockists, and willingness to travel; CTC up to 9–10 LPA.

Qualifications

• 38 years of pharma sales experience with frontline/area manager exposure
• Experience in Urology/Nephrology preferred
• Must have MR team-handling experience
• Strong in team management, coaching & joint field work
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Good doctor, hospital & distributor relationship skills
• Age: Below 35 years
• Maximum 3–4 company changes
• CTC: Up to 9–10 LPA
