Job summary

Me N Moms in Jaipur is seeking a Store Manager to lead retail operations across EBO stores. You will drive monthly sales targets, manage manpower, monitor KPIs such as Sales, ABV, UPT and Conversion, and boost store productivity.

You will conduct regular store visits, ensure stock availability and inventory accuracy, control shrinkage, maintain VM and hygiene, resolve escalations, and implement corrective actions for underperforming stores.

Responsibilities

• Handle EBO store operations.
• Achieve store-wise monthly sales targets; manage manpower.
• Monitor key retail KPIs: Sales, ABV, UPT, Conversion.
• Drive Store Manager and Sales Associate productivity.
