Bcs Consulting is seeking a Store Manager for our Exclusive Brand Outlet in Gurugram to lead daily store operations and drive sales targets. You will supervise and develop the store team, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain company standards across merchandising and processes.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on inventory control, coaching, and continuous improvement to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers and to uphold

• Gather and analyse customer and staff feedback and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure effective implementation of company sales, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Maintain proper inventory, stock accuracy, and store discipline.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and compliance requirements.
• Drive a strong customer-centric culture and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales, operations, and customer service.
