Hima Engineering products and services is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales in Karnataka, focusing on filtration, heat exchangers, and pumps. The role demands extensive travel and a proven background in industrial engineering product sales.

The ideal candidate will drive growth, manage key accounts, and expand market share while delivering exceptional customer service and reports to management. Fluency in English and Kannada is required.

Formación

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.Tech/BE in mechanical Engineering.
• Filtration experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of industrial sales experience in engineering products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of power industry with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Kannada is a must.
• Ability to work independently within Karnataka.
• Knowledge on filtration and industrial products.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in Karnataka.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the energy sector and other power plant customers.
• Strengthen existing customer relationships and identify opportunities to enhance collaboration.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding market share.

CTC: 3-6 LpA plus incentives

Experience: 2-10 years experience in industrial product sales.

Products: Experience in dealing filtration separation &solutions, heat exchangers, pumps.
