Job summary

Hima Engineering products and services is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead industrial product sales across Karnataka. The role demands travel throughout the region and a proven track record of meeting sales targets in the energy and engineering sectors.

The candidate should hold a Diploma or B.Tech in mechanical engineering and fluency in English and Kannada. CTC offered is 3–6 LPA with incentives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.tech/BE in mechanical Engineering.
• Having relevant experience in filtration would be given first preference.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of industrial sales experience in engineering products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of power industry with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, kannada is a must.
• Ability to work independently with in karnataka.
• Knowledge on filtration & and industrial products.
• Willingness to travel extensively within karnataka.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales target and expand our customer base in karnataka.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stake holders in the energy sector and other powerplant customers.
• Strengthen existing customer relationships and identify opportunities to enhance collaboration.
• Required relevant experience in dealing with industrial products.
• Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding market share.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure seamless delivery of products & services.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecast to management.
• Having relevant experience in filtration would be given first preference.
