Job summary

Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group) is seeking a field sales professional for FMCG retail coverage in the assigned area in India. You will drive sales across the product range, build distributor and retailer relations, and coordinate aggressive promotions within policy.

You will also manage collections and MIS submissions. The candidate should bring 8+ years of FMCG retail sales experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office to support data-driven decisions and territory

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in FMCG Retail sales.
• Good in analytical skills.
• Knowledge in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales of the entire range of products in the assigned area.
• Connecting with Distributors for business point of view or maintaining good relations.
• Expending coverage by aggressive sales promotion within sales policies framework
• Effective focus on new product launch/ relaunch to establish product in the market and achieve/ exceed defined sales target.
• Ensure timely collection of payments with orders & timely execution of follow ups with depot
• Relationship building and coordination with dealers, distributors and retailer as well
• Timely submission of MIS to reporting authority
• Interim field force infrastructure building & Control
