Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA / Post Graduate from a recognized institution.
• 10-14 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Financial Services.
• Experience in handling multi-branch operations and business development.

• Drive business growth by identifying and developing new markets within the state.
• Lead, train, and develop branch teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure profitability, portfolio quality, and operational excellence across branches.
• Monitor and support day-to-day branch operations and performance.
