Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of sales executives handling LAP DSA business.
• Drive monthly business targets for LAP sourcing, login, approval, and disbursement.
• Develop new DSA relationships and strengthen existing channel partnerships.
• Identify and onboard productive DSAs to expand business in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits with team members and DSAs to generate business.
• Monitor team productivity, daily sales activity, pipeline, and conversion ratios.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, technical, and underwriting teams for smooth loan processing.
• Ensure quality sourcing, proper documentation, and adherence to company policies and credit guidelines.
• Track pending cases, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely disbursements.
• Conduct regular team reviews, sales meetings, and performance assessments.
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
