Job summary

Alliance Trade Solutions Private Limited seeks energetic field sales professionals to grow our pharmacy retail network across the territory. You will promote pharma OTC products and healthcare items, visit retailers, and build strong pharmacist relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of field sales experience.
• Experience in Pharma OTC, Pharmacy or Retail Channel Sales desirable.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the local territory.
• Graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit approximately 30 retail pharmacies per working day within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and retail chemists.
• Promote assigned pharmaceutical and OTC products.
• Generate sales enquiries, support order conversion and improve product availability.
• Develop new pharmacy accounts and strengthen existing relationships.
• Execute company sales and promotional initiatives.
• Submit daily visit reports and sales performance updates.
• Achieve mutually communicated sales and productivity targets.

Candidate Profile
