Job summary

Paragon Solutions is hiring an Area Executive Returnable Packaging to drive new business across Pune, Chennai and Gurugram. You will manage OEM and industrial accounts, promote returnable packaging solutions, and handle RFQs from inquiry to closure.

The role requires strong B2B sales experience in packaging or logistics, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• B2B sales experience in packaging, automotive, or logistics is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, and customer management skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and basic costing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with OEMs, automotive component manufacturers, and industrial customers.
• Manage customer relationships through regular plant visits and requirement analysis.
• Promote PP/HDPE boxes, foldable containers, pallets, inserts, and rental/pooling solutions.
• Handle RFQs, quotations, negotiations, packaging trials, and order closures.
• Coordinate deliveries, empty returns, asset tracking, and packaging availability.
• Follow up on billing, collections, customer complaints, and account growth.
• Maintain sales reports, enquiry pipeline, forecasts, and competitor updates.
