Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Chennai is seeking an Area Sales Business Manager - MEAL to drive volume, market share and demand generation across the region. You will oversee dealer performance, ensure CX at every touchpoint, and manage the end-to-end pre-sales, showroom, and digital customer journey.

The role requires 3-5 years of auto sales experience (with at least 2 years in auto sales). Bachelor(s) in engineering with MBA preferred; strong coordination with charging and infrastructure

Area Sales Business Manager - MEAL Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Sales & CX

• Driving Volume & Market Share
• Demand Generation
• Overseeing market wise dealer performance to drive volume & market share
• Ensuring CX at every customer touch point
• Pre-sales and Sales Showroom and Digital Customer journey

Billing

• Order availability to ensure timely billing
• Ensuring timely billing of desired vehicle

Retail

• ETBR handling Activation plan
• Enquiry generation, market coverage

Dealer initiatives

• Hyperlocal digital Dealer initiatives
• Driving end to end special initiatives at the ground level, alongside any special schemes/incentives Market activations

Ensuring Infrastructure Readiness

• Ensure proper coordination across Charging teams

Experience

• Experience 3-5 years, atleast 2 years in auto sales Industry

Preferred Automobile Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech, MBA preferred
