Greenline Mobility Solutions in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced professional to lead fleet operations and transport optimization. You will manage fleet utilisation, oversee route and load planning, monitor costs, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving profitable operations across India.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in transport/logistics, deep knowledge of broker markets, and expertise in fuel management and telematics. Strong negotiation and stakeholder skills are essential.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in transport, logistics, or fleet operations.
• Strong understanding of the transport broker market and pan-India logistics operations.
• Knowledge of vehicle specifications, load capacity, FTL and PTL pricing.
• Expertise in fuel management, load optimisation, and route-level profitability.
• Experience with telematics, fleet tracking systems, and demand and supply forecasting.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Maintain strong knowledge of the transport broker market, freight rates, and seasonal demand and supply trends across India.
• Drive efficient and profitable transport operations, managing a minimum of 6,000 placements annually.
