Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is seeking a field-facing operations role to drive loan disbursements and acquire clients across branches. You will monitor portfolio quality, enforce collection targets, and supervise field recovery protocols to maintain high efficiency.

• Business Sourcing & Growth: Drive loan disbursements and client acquisition targets across assigned branches while maintaining high center-meeting discipline.
• Portfolio Quality & Collections: Track overdue/NPA metrics and ensure 99%+ on-time collection efficiency by enforcing group liability and supervising field recovery protocols.
• Risk Governance: Monitor field activities of the BC and provide support when necessary, pre-disbursement customer verifications, house verification checks, and end-use checks to prevent ghost lending or over-indebtedness.
• Regulatory Compliance & Process Adherence: Enforce RBI microfinance guidelines and partner bank operating standards across all touchpoints.
