Job summary

Wonder Home Finance is seeking a results-driven sales professional for the home loan division in India. You will generate leads, build relationships with clients, builders, and contractors, and drive the sales activities to meet targets.

You will organize loan events, handle product queries, and coordinate the sanction and disbursement process while traveling within your assigned area to visit clients and verify documents.

Responsibilities

• Generate home loan leads from open market and channels with RO/RM team
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, builders, contractors for repeat business
• Implement and develop sales activities to achieve targets
• Arrange loan events and organize activities for lead generation
• Handle product queries and service issues
• Ensure achievement of business targets
• Travel for client visits and portfolio verification in assigned area
• Meet clients, verify documents, process files, coordinate sanction/disbursement and client relationship
