Job summary

Yuva Parivartan in Mumbai seeks a field-oriented leader to guide a district team of community mobilizers and drive awareness programs using diverse tools.

The ideal candidate will build rapport with village leaders, motivate youth and women to gain new skills, and organize training on agriculture, dairy, poultry, and trades.

A proactive mindset, willingness to work in the field, and own bike and Android phone are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to select and manage a district team of 5–6 community mobilizers.
• Coordinate community awareness using posters, banners, pamphlets, and motivational videos.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with sarpanch, teachers, caste leaders, ASHA/Anganwadi workers to mobilize communities.
• Motivate youth, women, and farmers to gain new skills for increased income.
• Organize training sessions on agriculture, dairy, poultry, goatry, mason, carpenter, house painter, plumber.
• Provide training certificates to qualified community members.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Should have ability to select and manage the team of minimum 5 to 6 community mobilizers in the district.
• Facilitate the team for ensuring community awareness by using community mobilization tools like posters, banners, pamphlets, motivational videos etc.
• Facilitate the team to build the rapport with key village leaders like sarpanch, teachers, caste leaders, ASHA/Anganwadi workers etc to take their help in mobilizing community.
• Motivate the team to mobilize community (youth, women, farmers) for building their new skills so that people are able to enhance their income through new initiatives.
• Facilitate the team to organize the training sessions on different topics as per the need of community specially on agriculture, dairy, poultry, goatry, mason, carpenter, house painter, plumber etc. (Organization will conduct the training of trainers)

Facilitate the team to provide training certificates to qualified community members

Preferred candidate profile

• FMCG/Social/Insurance/Agro-Finance any Sales any Sales experience candidate will be preferred
• Should have their own bike and android mobile
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to exclusively work in the field.
• A proactive mindset.
