Job summary

Aaa Capital Services is seeking a field collections professional to meet defaulting borrowers, follow up on payments, and visit mortgaged properties across Maharashtra. You will document status, arrange notices, and coordinate with authorities as needed.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a own two-wheeler, and willingness to travel state-wide. IIBF certification is preferred, with basic skills in Email, MS Word and MS Excel expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication in regional language.
• Must have own two-wheeler for travel.
• Willing to travel across Maharashtra.
• IIBF certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Email, MS Word & MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Meet defaulting borrowers and follow up for payment or settlement.
• Visit mortgaged properties to check status, value, and take photos.
• Serve notices and collect proof with photos.
• If no payment is made, apply for seizure orders for taking physical property.
• Coordinate with police and bank officials for possession of property.
• Find buyers and assist banks in auctions of properties.
• Raise bills to banks and follow up for payments.
• Coordinate with Head Office for documents and case updates.
• Make 6-7 field visits daily and send daily reports via WhatsApp/email.
