Job summary

Blitz in Bengaluru is seeking an operations professional to manage end-to-end Quick Commerce dark stores. You will drive SLA, OTIF, OPH, and rider productivity while planning rider and manpower needs during peak hours.

The role requires strong analytics, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Excel and dashboards will be essential to monitor performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduation with 2–4 years of experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Logistics.
• Experience managing multiple stores/hubs preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and dashboards.
• High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
