Job summary

Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited is seeking a field-focused professional to maximize stock liquidation and drive store performance across Brand Factory outlets. You will identify potential new stores, ensure brand SOP compliance, and manage franchisee relationships to ensure timely payments and stock availability.

The role involves training front-line staff, motivating store teams, and maintaining strong product knowledge and customer relationships to meet targets across assigned locales.

Qualifications

• Retail/franchise experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of stock management and brand SOPs.
• Customer relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximum liquidation of stock
• Motivate the store people and Brand factory outlets
• Ensure the targets are met

• Make sure there are no retail stores nearby
• Update the location with RBD
• Maintaining brand standards
• Make sure the new projects/stores are Brand compliant with Standard SOPs
• Relationship with franchisee store
• Make sure the payment sent to franchisees are received on time
• Negotiate with the franchisees to make sure the stock at the store doesn’t go on hold
• Conducting training sessions
• Ensure achievement of personal goal for all front-line sales employee at Brand Factory
• Mainly dealing with Product knowledge, customer relationship etc.
