To pro-actively contribute to the implementation of the retail strategy and implement projects and trials for the region by handling business, retail operations and people management. Ensure delivery and compliance of exceptional operational standards, support the management of customer service activities and staff competence so as to optimise and sustain sales performance and customer satisfaction.

KRA1 Tapping Business potential for the Region 1. Footfall generation- Prepares a quarter wise footfall generation activity plan for the stores. Ensures that every store gets appropriate support
KRA2 Franchisee Management 1. Manages the relationship with the franchisee from a business point of view.
KRA3 SOP Compliance 1. Monitors the ARM and the audit reports. Picks up reoccurring trends at the stores
KRA4 Merchandize Management 1. Monitors the ARM reports and the audit reports. Picks up reoccurring trends at the stores
KRA5 VM 1. Monitors the effectiveness of VM arrangement at outlets and recommends changes
KRA6 Store Operations 1. Analyze quality of store opening, study delay patterns if any.
KRA7 Understanding Consumer needs 1. Information Collection- Monitor CRM registration rates, analyze patterns to ensure high registration rates, consumer behavior to information sharing.
KRA8 Team Management 1. Recruitment- Hire ARM & SM under ROM's guidance
