Responsibilities

• Maximize stock liquidation across stores.
• Identify localities with good prospects and potential new stores; coordinate with RBD to update locations.
• Ensure new projects/stores are brand compliant with SOPs and standards.
• Maintain timely payments to franchisees and negotiate to prevent stock at stores from going on hold.
• Conduct training sessions and drive product knowledge for frontline sales staff.

Maximum liquidation of stock

• 1. Motivate the store people and Brand factory outlets
• 2. Ensure the targets are met

Identification of new stores

• 1. Identify localities with good prospects
• 2. Make sure there are no retail stores nearby
• 3. Update the location with RBD

Maintaining brand standards

• 1. Make sure the new projects/stores are Brand compliant with Standard SOPs

Relationship with franchisee store

• 1. Make sure the payment sent to franchisees are received on time
• 2. Negotiate with the franchisees to make sure the stock at the store doesn’t go on hold
