Mankind Pharma is seeking an Area Business Manager to lead and coach a field team of Medical Representatives across the multi-speciality segment. You will drive prescription growth, ensure product availability with stockists and chemists, and manage area performance while travelling within the territory.

The role requires 3–6 years in pharma sales, strong leadership and communication skills in English and local language, and willingness to travel to HQs and beyond.

Competenze

• Graduation in B.Sc or B.Pharma; MBA is a plus.
• 3-6 years in pharma field sales with FLM or senior MR readiness.
• Multi-speciality, cardio-diabetic or general medicine experience preferred.
• Based in or near the applied HQ and willing to travel across the area.

Responsibilities

1. Lead, coach and monitor a team of Medical Representatives through regular joint field work.

2. Achieve the area's sales targets and grow prescriptions among key physicians, consultants and specialists.

3. Hire, train and retain MRs, and keep vacancies in the area filled.

4. Review the team's call coverage, CRM reporting and productivity, and manage performance.

5. Make sure products are available at stockists and chemists, and drive new launches and CMEs.

6. Build relationships with key doctors and opinion leaders in the area.

Requirements

• Graduate (B.Sc / B.Pharma preferred); MBA is a plus
• 3-6 years in pharma field sales, with experience as an FLM or as a senior MR ready to step up
• Multi-speciality, cardio-diabetic or general medicine experience preferred
• Strong team-handling and communication skills in English and the local language
• Based in or near the applied HQ and willing to travel across the area
