Job summary

IndiaFirst Life is seeking a senior sales leader to drive growth in the adviser distribution network across Coimbatore, Chennai, Tirunelveli and Hosur. You will recruit and develop Insurance Advisors and MDRTs, build a high-performance team of BDMs and push for consistent achievement of sales targets while shaping a productive sales culture.

Ideal candidates will have 4–8 years in Insurance/Banking/FS & NBFC with strong life insurance and agency sales exposure, plus team leadership capabilities

• 4–8 years in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services & NBFC.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual targets as per the Goal Sheet.

• Drive sales and achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual targets as per the Goal Sheet.
• Lead and motivate BDMs to consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor business performance and take necessary actions to improve productivity.

Advisor Recruitment & Development

• Drive recruitment of quality Insurance Advisors and MDRTs.
• Guide BDMs in building and strengthening their Advisor teams.
• Ensure effective onboarding, training and development of newly recruited Advisors.
• Drive Advisor activation and improve overall Advisor productivity.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of productive Advisors.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor and motivate the team of BDMs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable guidance.
• Support BDMs in Advisor recruitment, activation and business generation.
• Create a strong performance-driven and collaborative sales culture.
