Job summary

IndiaFirst Life in India seeks a dynamic Advisor to accelerate growth by recruiting quality Advisors, training them, and building a productive sales force with MDRT potential.

You will drive sales against Goal Sheet targets, ensure monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual objectives are met, and develop Advisors to sustain revenue growth while maintaining strong relations. Freshers may apply; age cap 35.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in Insurance, Banking, Finance, FMCG, NBFC, or Pharma Sales.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented with interest in sales and business development.
• Ability to recruit, engage, and develop Advisors.
• Maximum age: 35 years.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Advisor Recruitment & Development

• Recruit quality Advisors as per business requirements.
• Train and support Advisors to enhance productivity and business performance.
• Focus on developing productive Advisors, including MDRT potential.

Sales & Target Achievement

• Drive sales and achieve assigned Goal Sheet targets.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets.
• Generate revenue in line with defined business objectives.

Key Performance Indicators

• Achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Recruitment and development of Advisors.
• Creation of at least 1 MDRT Advisor.
• Ensure a minimum of 20% Advisor activation.
