Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Chennai invites a Senior Architect to lead a team of architects through design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details for major public spaces. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

An architectural professional with 8+ years, B. Arch mandatory, M. Arch preferred, and proficiency in BIM Arch, AutoCAD and SketchUp Pro is required. You will ensure compliance with NBC/NFPA and related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture or equivalent is mandatory.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a portfolio of Pan India or global projects.
• Experience in large public spaces infra projects like Airports, Railway stations, Institutional/Hospitals.
• Proficient with BIM Arch, AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro.
• Knowledge of NBC, NFPA, IATA, ICAO and related standards.
