Job summary

PeopleStrong invites an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to lead the design of steel and RCC structures from concept through detail design and construction stages for complex projects at Bhogapuram Site/EDRC HQ. The role requires preparing specifications and quantity estimates, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and delivering drawings in line with Indian and international codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Civil or Equivalent) mandatory.
• Masters in Structural Engineering preferred.

Job Purpose

Responsible for design of Steel/ RCC structure from concept design, detail design and construction details stages as per the scope of the project in compliance with statutory rules and regulations. Preparation of specifications and quantity estimation of the same. Design coordination with other disciplines and resolving inter disciplinary design issues. Ensuring proper, timely and effective delivery of drawings and documents for construction and adhering to relevant codes and standards.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Civil or Equivalent) (Mandatory)
• Masters in Structural Engineering (Preferred)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

(no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)

7 to 15 years of relevant work experience. In design of Airports/ Shopping malls/ Railway stations/ Large Offices etc.

• Engineer shall have a passion for innovation and have good presentation and convincing skills.
