Job summary

Facade Today in Belagavi is seeking an Architect with a B.Arch. and 2–3 years of architectural design experience to join our project teams. You will prepare concept, schematic, and detailed drawings, and coordinate with structural, MEP, and BIM teams to deliver construction documentation.

The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, knowledge of building codes, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Airport project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
• Experience in commercial projects (office buildings, hotels, hospitals, etc.) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows is preferred.
• Good understanding of building bye-laws, NBC, and construction detailing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

Overview

Prepare architectural concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings. Develop presentation drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation. Coordinate with structural, MEP, BIM, and other multidisciplinary teams. Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and client requirements. Assist in preparing design reports, specifications, and BOQs. Review shop drawings and respond to site-related technical queries. Participate in client meetings and design review discussions. Support project delivery within defined timelines and quality standards. Coordinate with site teams during the construction phase, as required.
