Job summary

PD&EX Management Services Private Limited invites an Architect to join our engineering consultancy team. The candidate will work on urban infrastructure, public building, housing, and municipal development projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and preparing drawings.

The ideal candidate should have B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture, with 1+ year for B.Arch and 5+ years for Diploma, and familiarity with NBC and construction practices. Consultancy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Arch or Diploma holders with relevant consultancy experience preferred.
• Experience with architectural planning, design, and drawing preparation.

ROLE SUMMARY

PD&EX Management Services Private Limited is looking for a qualified and experienced Architect to join our engineering consultancy team. The candidate will primarily work on projects related to Urban Infrastructure, Public Buildings, Housing, Industrial Infrastructure, and Municipal Development Projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural planning, design, preparation of drawings, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• Architectural planning and design of public and infrastructure projects.
• Ensuring compliance with NBC, local building byelaws, and project requirements.
• Coordination with structural, MEP, planning and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in site visits, design reviews and technical discussions as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Arch. from a recognized institution.
• Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience for B.Arch candidates
• Minimum 5 year of relevant professional experience for Diploma in Architecture candidates
• Candidates with consultancy experience will be preferred.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Good understanding of NBC, development control regulations and construction practices.
• Ability to prepare presentation drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
