Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an Architect – EDRC (PAF) for a Project Site/EDRC HQ. You will develop architectural design concepts through detail design and construction documents, ensuring compliance with NBC, NFPA, IATA, ICAO, and other codes.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in commercial buildings, preferably airport design. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp Pro, and strong coordination with disciplines to deliver drawings on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture is mandatory.
• Master's in Architecture preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial buildings; airport design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural design concepts, schemes, detail design and construction details as per project scope.
• Coordinate design with other disciplines and resolve inter-disciplinary issues.

Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing the architectural design concept, scheme, detail design and construction details stages as per the scope of the project in compliance with statutory rules and regulations. Selection of materials, specifications and quantity estimation of the same. Design coordination with other disciplines and resolving inter disciplinary design issues. Ensuring proper, timely and effective delivery of drawings and documents for construction and adhering to relevant codes and standards.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors in Architecture (Mandatory)
• Masters in Architecture (Preferred)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

3 to 5 years of relevant work experience of commercial buildings. Preference shall be given to Airport design

TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

• Architect shall have a passion for innovation and have good presentation and convincing skills.
• Familiar with relevant codes and standards NBC, NFPA, IATA, ICAO etc ,technical knowledge of the detail design engineering process.
