Job summary

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a diligent Design & Construction Consultant Coordinator to assist management in finalizing architects, structural and MEP consultants, and to ensure deliverables for contracts and execution after promoter approval.

Responsibilities

• Pre-construction activities: architect/consultants finalization, design finalization, tendering, PO/LOI documentation.
• Construction activities: coordination with architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers; prepare weekly/monthly reports and running bill certification.
• Coordination with facade/M.E.P. consultants to finalize construction drawings and ensure timelines.
• Provide technical support to internal teams for BOQ/specifications in coordination with vendors and consultants.
• Host regular review meetings with architects/consultants to discuss project plans.

Job description

Assisting Management in finalization and appointment of various consultants such as Design Architect, structural, RCC & MEP consultant to get deliverables for contracts & execution after in principal approval from the promoters.

Resource mapping and identification and finalization of various consultants like MEP, Traffic, environmental, etc.

Complete analysis and evaluation of plans submitted by consultants, architects discuss the same with Management and ensure finalization of the same

Complete the preparation of project brief and communication of the same to different consultants, architects

Preparation of basic feasibility drawings keeping in mind the DCR and other governing authorities’ guidelines to achieve a commercially viable & approvable design.

Checking of architectural & structural drawings before releasing for construction.

Consultant appointment and coordination & Liasioning

Pre-construction activities such as Architect and consultants finalization, design finalization, tendering of different packages, along with necessary documentation like Purchase orders (P.O.) Letter of intent (L.O.I.) etc.

Construction activities such as co-ordination with Architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers for smooth flow of work along with necessary documentation like weekly, monthly reports, payment scheduling, running bill certification etc.

Co-ordination with different consultants, vendors for finalization of good for construction drawings for different work packages beginning from general arrangement drawings. This involves the co-ordination with different consultants like facade consultant, M.E.P. Consultants etc.

Coordinating with various consultants so as to get accurate drawings & deliverables to ensure that the contracts & execution timelines are met.

Providing technical support to internal purchase team for finalization of BOQ & specifications of different packages in co-ordination with vendors & consultants.

Host pre-defined frequent review meetings with architects, consultants to discuss, review the project plan.

FSI Calculation

Coordination with the liasioning department for premium efficiencies

Site Coordination & Execution

Ensure timely completion of the project briefs & their subsequent consent by the architects.

Oversee & guide the entire concept planning & evaluate feasibility & provide insights to the same.

Preparation of project planning & schedule finalization by working closely with various teams

To support Sales / Projects for flat layout customization

MIS

Ensure timely submission of MIS to management as required.

Develop and format progress review management
