Job summary

Runwal Realty seeks a design coordination professional to oversee multidisciplinary inputs for redevelopment projects in Mumbai. The role focuses on aligning design inputs from architects, structural, MEP, landscape, and facade consultants with project timelines.

You will monitor drawings, approvals, and schedules daily, coordinate with site teams for clarifications and requirements, and facilitate clear communication among consultants, project teams, and management to ensure smooth project

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, landscape, faade and other consultants to ensure timely design inputs.
• Monitor drawings and consultant deliverables, approvals, and design schedules on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordinate with site teams for design clarifications, construction requirements and issue resolution.
• Review and track drawings to ensure alignment with objectives, timelines and site requirements.
• Facilitate communication between consultants, project teams and management for smooth execution.
• Assist planning, design development and coordination across redevelopment projects.
