• Integration skills to align architectural solutions with structural, MEP, and other building systems.
• Basic software development or scripting exposure for design tools, automation, or BIM workflows; proficiency in industry-standard software is preferred.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Indore. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and producing detailed construction documentation. Daily tasks include coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants, supporting project management activities, and ensuring designs align with budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements. The role involves site visits, design reviews, and collaboration with contractors and clients to resolve technical issues and maintain design intent. The Architect will contribute to multiple Pan-India projects, supporting both design development and execution phases.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development and detailed design.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate teams, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess Integration skills to align architectural solutions with structural, MEP, and other building systems.
• Candidates should possess basic Software Development or scripting exposure for design tools, automation, or BIM workflows, where applicable.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and local regulations relevant to Indian projects.
• Excellent visual communication, technical drawing, and report-writing abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional registration or eligibility is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple assignments effectively.
