Job summary

EDGE architects - INDIA in Lucknow is seeking a full-time architect to develop design concepts and prepare detailed drawings, while producing 3D models and visualizations for architecture, interiors, landscape, and urban design projects.

The role involves coordinating with clients and consultants, creating construction documents, and ensuring design intent is maintained through all project phases. It also includes site visits and supporting project management to meet the studio’s standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Experience with relevant Software Development and Integration concepts as they apply to design tools, workflows, or BIM environments.
• Demonstrated Project Management abilities, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) and 3D visualization tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices, preferably with experience in the Indian context.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented studio environment and interact with clients and consultants.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines on-site in Lucknow.

Responsibilities
