Talati and Partners LLP - India is seeking a Design Architect to join our Worli studio on-site in Mumbai. You will contribute from concept through detailed design, refine drawings, create concepts and presentations, and coordinate with design teams and consultants to preserve the design intent.

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for various project stages.
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with local building codes and standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a studio environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Prior experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects, and a strong design portfolio showcasing conceptual and technical capabilities.

Role Description

The Design Architect will work on-site at the Worli office in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and development of architectural projects from concept through detailed design. Responsibilities include preparing and refining architectural drawings, creating design concepts and presentations, and coordinating with internal design teams and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained. The role involves developing construction drawings, supporting design reviews, and addressing technical and aesthetic aspects of projects. The Design Architect will also participate in client meetings, communicate design solutions clearly, and collaborate with project managers and engineers to align design outcomes with project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience
