Formación

• Strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills including concept development, space planning, detailing, and documentation.
• Experience integrating digital tools, BIM platforms, or custom solutions into design workflows.
• Proven project management skills for multiple concurrent projects including planning and risk management.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit or other BIM tools, 3D visualization).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to lead teams and coordinate with partners.
• Professional degree in Architecture with relevant project leadership experience; licensure is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local building regulations, sustainable design principles, and construction methodologies in India.

Role Description

The Lead Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. This role oversees the end-to-end design process, from concept development and schematic design to detailed drawings and coordination during execution. The Lead Architect will guide project teams, review design proposals, and ensure that architectural solutions meet client requirements, building codes, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing and reviewing drawings and documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and managing timelines and deliverables. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, supporting project planning, and contributing to studio-wide design standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, detailing, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills where relevant to architectural workflows, such as integrating digital tools, BIM platforms, or custom solutions into design processes.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management for multiple concurrent projects.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or other BIM tools, 3D modeling and visualization software).
