Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Architect role based in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with interior designers and other consultants to ensure design consistency. Daily tasks include meeting clients, understanding requirements, conducting site visits, and preparing design presentations and technical documentation. The role also involves collaborating with project teams to oversee execution, ensure adherence to design standards, and address any on‑site design challenges. The Architect will work closely with project management to support timelines, quality, and budget objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and detailed design documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including coordination with stakeholders, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Software Development and Integration only as they apply to architectural software tools, such as BIM platforms and design workflows.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Strong visual, spatial, and technical design abilities, with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and on‑site teams.
• Prior experience in residential or commercial architecture and interior coordination is an advantage.
