This role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and offers an onsite work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in architecture or urban planning.
• Experience handling mid-to-large scale projects.
• Exposure to regulations and onsite-based projects.
• Exposure to onsite-based projects and regulatory environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed working drawings.
• Prepare and review compliance drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants on projects.
• Provide architectural support during execution and site visits.
• Manage design coordination across disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and site reviews.
• Provide architectural support during execution, including site visits.
• Resolve on-site design issues and ensure adherence to approved drawings.
• Monitor quality, timelines, and compliance with design intent.
• Prepare documentation for statutory approvals and liaise with authorities where required.
