• Strong project management for planning, coordination, and monitoring of multiple concurrent projects.

• Excellent communication and collaboration; ability to work on-site in Chennai full-time.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs for interior and construction projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating with design, engineering, and construction teams, and supporting accurate measurements and planning using tools such as LiDAR scans. The role involves regular site visits to assess progress, resolve design and execution issues, and maintain quality and functionality across all project stages. The Architect will also collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to manage timelines, budgets, and resources, while contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and safe built environments.
• Experience with Software Development and Integration related to design workflows, modeling tools, or project management systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong skills in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with modern measurement technologies such as LiDAR scanning.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or registration is preferred.
• Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, materials, and construction methods relevant to interior and structural work.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and readiness to work on-site in Chennai on a full-time basis.
