Job summary

Space Palette in Chennai is seeking an Architect & Interior Designer with 3-5 years of experience to manage residential, commercial, and corporate projects from concept to handover. The role requires strong design, detailing, and client coordination skills.

You will lead layouts, 3D visuals, material selections, and on-site implementations while coordinating with MEP, project management, and procurement teams. Mentoring junior designers is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in architecture/interior design projects.
• Proficient in developing layouts, concept drawings, working drawings, and 3D visuals.
• Strong coordination with MEP, project management, QS, and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle projects from client briefing to final handover.
• Develop layouts, concepts, working drawings, and 3D designs.
• Coordinate with MEP, Project Management, QS, and Procurement teams.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
• Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues.
