Job summary

nHRMS seeks an experienced Architect to lead high-rise residential and commercial projects from concept design through construction. You will coordinate with BBMP/GBA, BDA, Fire Department, and other authorities, while reviewing architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure design coordination and smooth site execution.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, and a track record of delivering large-scale towers or mixed-use developments.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution of high-rise residential and commercial projects.
• Strong experience in handling projects from concept design to construction and completion.
• Hands-on experience in high-rise building planning, working drawings, detailed architectural drawings, and construction documentation.
• Good knowledge of BBMP/GBA building regulations, KTCP Act, FAR/FSI, setbacks, height restrictions, parking requirements, and statutory approvals.
• Experience in coordinating with BBMP/GBA, BDA, Fire Department, BWSSB, BESCOM, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and other statutory authorities.
• Experience in reviewing architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings and resolving design coordination issues.
• Strong site execution and consultant coordination experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with authorities and consultants to obtain approvals and ensure compliance.
• Review drawings (architectural, structural, MEP) and resolve coordination issues.
• Lead site execution activities and coordinate with design teams to ensure construction quality.
