Job summary

Indigrators is seeking a Senior Architect to lead concept-to-execution design for large-scale residential developments in Chennai. You will oversee concept design, development packages, and detailed drawings, while coordinating with consultants and authorities.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Arch with 4–6 years of experience in gated communities, premium villas, and high-rise projects (G+12+ floors). Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, with strong communication and documentation skills.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Architect to support the concept-to-execution design lifecycle for large-scale residential real estate developments. The role involves concept design, detailed design, authority approvals, consultant coordination, site support, and design quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concept designs, design development packages, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Support authority approvals, statutory submissions, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants, along with internal project and site teams.
• Provide site support for design clarifications, constructability reviews, and implementation.
• Review drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements.
• Maintain design quality across project stages and support timely closure of design issues.

Must-Have Qualifications and Experience

• B.Arch qualification with 4-6 years of architectural design experience.
• Hands-on experience in gated communities, premium villas, and high-rise apartment projects.
• Experience working on high-rise residential projects of at least G+12 floors.
• Experience handling large-scale developments spread across a minimum of 8 acres.
• Strong understanding of concept design, detailed design, working drawings, authority approvals, and site coordination.
• Good communication, documentation, and consultant coordination skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Strong exposure to residential real estate projects.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Exposure to local authority approval processes and statutory design documentation.
