Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and layouts for real‑estate projects, ensuring compliance with local building regulations and BBMP norms.
• Lead the preparation of detailed plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and ensure adherence to zoning laws, environmental standards, and other regulatory requirements.
• Participate in meetings with clients to understand their requirements and present design concepts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously; ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure design integrity and resolve on‑site issues.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, codes, and technologies in architecture and real‑estate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in architectural design, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of BBMP regulations and local building codes.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent understanding of construction processes and materials.
