Job summary

• Good knowledge of BBMP/GBA building regulations, KTCP Act, FAR/FSI, setbacks, height restrictions, parking requirements, and statutory approvals.
• Experience in coordinating with BBMP/GBA, BDA, Fire Department, BWSSB, BESCOM, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and other statutory authorities.
• Experience in reviewing architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings and resolving design coordination issues.Strong site execution and consultant coordination experience.

• Candidates with experience in large‑scale residential towers, commercial buildings, mixed‑use developments, or gated communities will be preferred.
