Job summary

Srias Life Spaces is seeking a design-oriented architect to lead the architectural design and development of residential and commercial projects in Hyderabad. You will handle drawings from concept to GFC and coordinate with multiple consultants to ensure regulatory compliance and on-time delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp, with BIM, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray and Photoshop being advantageous.

Qualifications

• AutoCAD mandatory
• SketchUp mandatory
• Revit/BIM – preferred
• Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray – preferred
• Photoshop – preferred
• MS Office proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Handle architectural design and development of residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Prepare and review concept, schematic, working and GFC drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior and other consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes and approval requirements.
• Coordinate with project/site teams and resolve execution-related design issues.
• Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
• Support material selection, design detailing and value engineering.
• Coordinate with external consultants and ensure timely design deliverables.
• Prepare presentations and 3D views for management, sales and marketing requirements.
