Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the architectural design process from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and landscape architects to meet specs and standards.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams and site teams, including RERA coordination.
• Lead design development and refine drawings, models, and specifications.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare permit documents.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Role & responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design process for various projects from concept to completion.
• This role involves collaborating with team of Architects, structural engg, MEP engg, Landscape architects, etc to ensure that projects meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in architectural design, strong project management skills, and a passion for innovative and sustainable design.
• Coordinating with Marketing and Sales team both internal and external.
• Coordinate with site team. RERA related coordination with team. Project Management:
• Assist in managing architectural design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Accuracy is important too.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, to ensure project requirements are met. Design Development:
• Lead the development of design concepts and detailed designs for architectural projects.
• Review and refine architectural drawings, models, and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Integrate sustainable design principles into projects. Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permits and approvals. Quality Assurance:
• Conduct regular design reviews and quality checks to maintain high standards of design excellence.
• Address any design-related issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Innovation and Trends:
