Job summary

Suganya is seeking an Architect to develop architectural concepts and detailed designs in Chennai. The role involves creating plans, elevations and sections, and coordinating with structural/MEP teams to ensure feasible design execution.

The candidate will develop 3D models, present design proposals, and liaise with clients and site engineers. Strong detailing, communication and creative problem-solving are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• B.Arch / Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar design software.
• Knowledge of architectural planning and construction detailing.
• Good design sense and attention to detail.
• Good communication and client coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop practical design solutions.
