Kraftshala School of Business | Part time
Delivering aptitude training that actually prepares students to clear quantitative and problem solving screening rounds at companies and not just teaching formulas for the sake of it.
Someone who understands that aptitude tests are pattern-recognition problems, not math problems.
We're looking for someone who can review a student's mock test and exactly tell us what is going wrong.
You'll become part of a small group of practitioners who don't just teach, they obsess over students' learning, redesign the approach, and measure whether it worked. If you enjoy building from first principles and seeing outcomes improve, you'll find this role deeply rewarding.
Kraftshala is India's largest higher-education institution in terms of marketing placements, with a 94% placement rate. Our programs serve as a talent pipeline for agencies such as Publicis, Dentsu, IPG, and Hiveminds, as well as brands like Nestlé, Nykaa, Google, Lenskart, Zomato, and 500+ other companies.
We are backed by eminent investors including ex-unicorn startup founders and CXOs of companies like RedBus, NoBroker, Nestlé, and Performics.
Aptitude is one of the most common filters students face in placements at top agencies, and analytics companies. Yet most aptitude training follows the same pattern: topic-by-topic formula delivery, practice from standard books, one mock test. Students who already have math confidence do fine. Students who don't, which is most of our cohort leave knowing a formula they'll forget under pressure.
At Kraftshala, we believe aptitude should be taught the way companies actually test it: timed, with deliberate traps, and with a clear framework for which questions to attempt first, which to skip, and which to guess on.
We're looking for someone who can help us continuously improve this and ensure students are genuinely ready on the day of the test.
Unlike traditional training roles, this isn't about delivering the same slides repeatedly.
You’ll collaborate with a small group of practitioners who constantly challenge assumptions, debate better ways of solving business problems, and build learning experiences from first principles. Whether it's designing question sets, running post-mock diagnoses, or redesigning a session that isn't working you'll have the freedom to experiment and the responsibility to improve outcomes.
If you enjoy building, questioning, and continuously improving you'll find this role deeply rewarding.
