Job summary

Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science (HITS) in Chennai is seeking a skilled Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning Faculty to train and mentor students for competitive exams, placements, and recruitment assessments.

You will design lesson plans, build question banks, and deliver engaging classroom sessions across topics like Number Systems, Percentages, Profit & Loss, Ratios, Averages, Time, Speed & Distance, Time & Work, Interest, Permutations & Combinations, Probability, Data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
• Candidates with experience in aptitude training, competitive exam coaching, placement training, or corporate training preferred.
• 25 years of relevant experience in teaching/training Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
• Freshers with excellent aptitude skills and strong communication abilities may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning for undergraduate students.
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, question banks, practice exercises, and mock tests.
• Prepare students for campus placement aptitude tests, competitive examinations, and recruitment assessments.
• Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and practice sessions to evaluate student progress.
• Analyse student performance and provide remedial training.
• Coordinate with the Training & Placement team to plan placement-oriented programs.
• Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, assessments, and student performance.
• Stay updated with current aptitude and reasoning patterns followed by recruiters.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning Faculty to train and mentor students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to improve students' performance in competitive examinations, placement assessments, and recruitment tests.

• Use innovative teaching methods and practical examples to make concepts easy to understand.

• Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, assessments, and student performance.
• Stay updated with current aptitude and reasoning patterns followed by leading recruiters and competitive examinations.
• Participate in placement training initiatives, workshops, seminars, and other student development activities.
