Job summary

KLH University is seeking an experienced Aptitude Trainer to prepare students for aptitude tests and recruitment assessments. The trainer will focus on strengthening quantitative, logical and analytical reasoning skills, ensuring students are prepared to clear rounds and advance through campus interviews.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and demonstrated success in training university students for campus placements with strong subject

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as an Aptitude Trainer or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience training college/university students for campus placements is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to prepare students for aptitude tests conducted by various recruiters.
• Strong command of quantitative aptitude, logical and analytical reasoning and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured aptitude training sessions covering quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and analytical reasoning.
• Prepare students for company-specific aptitude tests, online assessments and pre-placement tests.
• Develop students’ speed, accuracy, problem-solving ability and test-taking strategies.
• Conduct regular practice tests, mock assessments and diagnostic assessments to identify learning gaps.
• Analyze student performance and provide feedback and improvement plans.
• Train students on topics such as percentages, profit & loss, time & distance and data interpretation.
• Help students understand aptitude-test strategies, time management and question selection.
• Coordinate with Training & Placement team to align training with recruitment requirements.
• Support students through the complete pre-placement preparation cycle.

Aptitude Trainer – Training & Placement Department

Job Summary

KLH University, Bowrampet Campus is looking for an experienced Aptitude Trainer to prepare students for aptitude tests and recruitment assessments conducted by leading companies. The trainer will be responsible for building strong quantitative, logical and analytical reasoning skills and ensuring students are well prepared to clear aptitude rounds and progress through campus interview processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured aptitude training sessions covering Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Analytical Reasoning.
• Prepare students for company-specific aptitude tests, online assessments and pre-placement tests.
• Develop students’ speed, accuracy, problem-solving ability and test-taking strategies.
• Conduct regular practice tests, mock assessments and diagnostic assessments to identify learning gaps.
• Analyze student performance and provide individual and batch-level feedback and improvement plans.
• Train students on commonly tested topics such as percentages, profit & loss, ratios, averages, time & work, time & distance, permutations & combinations, probability, data interpretation and related areas.
• Train students in logical and analytical reasoning topics such as series, puzzles, coding-decoding, syllogisms, blood relations, directions and other recruitment-test patterns.
• Help students understand aptitude-test strategies, time management, question selection and accuracy improvement.
• Coordinate with the Training & Placement team to align training with upcoming company recruitment requirements.
• Support students through the complete pre-placement preparation cycle and help improve their success rate in campus recruitment assessments.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as an Aptitude Trainer, Quantitative Aptitude Trainer, Reasoning Trainer, Placement Trainer or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Management, Education or a related discipline will be preferred.
• Strong experience training college/university students for campus placements is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to prepare students for aptitude tests conducted by IT services, product companies, consulting firms and other recruiters.
• Strong command of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning and Data Interpretation.
• Excellent classroom management, presentation, mentoring and assessment skills.
• Experience handling large student batches and placement-focused training programs will be an advantage.
